Returning and exchanging a product

The consumer has the right to return or exchange any item purchased from the online store www.vicconi.com, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The return of product(s) is at the customer's expense.

In case an error was made when sending the order on our part, you need to contact us at the email or phone number provided to clarify how to return the product. In this case, we will refund the shipping costs.

The goods you wish to return must be in undamaged commercial condition, with all labels and original packaging in which it was sent, and without any signs of use.

When exchanging a product for a different size, color or other item, the new one will be sent to the customer after the previously purchased item is returned.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the amount to be refunded to the customer will be refunded to a specified bank account within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, at the address specified by the trader.

Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
